Intro Women Only, Starting January 2022

This class is a low-pressure way for women to start learning judo in a friendly, women-only environment. It is a great way to improve fitness, promote health and safety and connect with other women. All fitness levels are welcome! If you’ve ever wanted to try judo, but been intimidated by the teen/adult class, this is the perfect class for you!

Classes will be held at the dojo at 6-7:30 pm on Friday evenings, starting January 7th for 10 weeks.

If you don’t already have a Gi, please wear comfortable work out clothing and bring a water bottle and some flip flops or other easily removable shoes for wearing inside the dojo, before entering the mat area.
